March 31, 2009. The D3 is here! Everyone in the photo department is beaming like we had a baby or something. This camera is amazing.

They are pretty awesome. Wait until you shoot something at 5000 ISO and it looks like 200 on the D2h. :-D

Yeah – Trisler let us borrow his camera for a week when he went on vacation. I got to shoot with it when East played in the football semistate. Shot at 5000, no flash. Man, that’s-a-nice!

Thanks Amanda! Hopefully we’ll someday get another one so I never have to let it out of my sight. Currently, I’m kind of like a divorced dad that gets to take the kid in the evenings.
