Thanks guys. Katie, there are three lakes on one side of town here, and they’re connected by canals with bridges over them. After he begins his 10 hour swim (he’s training to swim the English Channel), I drive like a bat out of hell to the next bridge and wait. In number four, he’s swimming under one of the bridges that I stood on for number one and three.
I’m hoping to follow him around a bit more this week, but I think the paper is eager to publish. After he gets done with his swim, he goes home and sits in the bath tub for an hour (he says because it’s warm). I don’t know how I’m going to convince him, but I really need a shot of him in the tub. An image like that would put this over the top.
Top notch! I love number 3.
wow! i love the first and third shot. great perspective… how’d you get up that high?!? congrats on finding a story… it’s a good, good feeling.
I’m with Joel and Katie – #3 is awesome. Looking forward to seeing/hearing more about this!
